Our fees are based on the scope of the job. No job is too small or large. We will consult with you (at NO CHARGE of course!) to determine your goals and needs. Then we will work together to build a mutually agreeable plan and pricing. NOTHING will be done without your full input and agreement.
Many of our services cost as little as $20 (building simple custom forms, some editing jobs, some copywriting jobs, etc). A full turn-key customized Wordpress blog or Point 2 Agent site with all the bells and whistles available may be several hundred dollars. It really all depends on the amount of time and research that is required to complete the job order.
Consulting & training rates are $50/hour for an individual.

Thanks G-D I know how to do the listings but I loose a lot of clients because I cannot get to my emails in tme I was thinking of hiring someone to filter thru my emails 3 hours a day and answer them and search also. What type of an add should I put in to say what I am looking for? Would you happen to know where I can find virtual assistans cheaply on ht einternet for that sort of thing just reading emails and answering them. Problem is right now I am waiting for 2 agents to joinme but until then dont wantto miss emails and I am looking for more tme to comb thru exclusives to find and attach fisbos.
Can you call me just t touch base today would love to get 3 listings t pop around and say Newest Best Deals in Manhattan or something.
I am also a bit clumsy w the blogging I am scattered and I dont think my blogs are reaching anyone. I would like o present new listings rentals and sales in an area that reaches all the social networks-how would you go about that. I want it very very simple. I think I can do that wo paying for an add on facebook and all that I can do it thru a fan club but i would want it all over active rain blog utube and i will become Manhattanmaven@hotmail w al the gossip and news of Manhattan real estate. We have some outrageous rentasls around as well that I know rent reaching people. Some of these listings are not my exclusives so I have to put it across so that it doesnt look like Iam staking claim to another bkrs listing i suppose I can put the other cmpoanies name on it wo the broker but they will stillhiss at me there must be a disclaimer I can use to make it look like I am just reporting on nerw listings wo saying they are my exclusives that can be a huge prob esp in manhattan where th eprices are still steep. The bkrs should be glad that i am showing their listings butthey are worse than ever so I need to be careful. So is wordpress the way toi go. Can we share the screen and so some stuff together. How do yo have time for this

Don’t be lost its not all that hard just listen to the vieos from start t end and they also have instrctive learning sessions. The easy part is putting in hte listings. Just take one step at a time or hire a young high school kid to do sme of the chores like blogs and litings they are the best if they show up-they are darn unreliable. I have been thru 10 assistants this ear 6 never even showed up,3 showed up when they darn pleased and only 2 werre good the 1st one went back to school and te 2nd one got too busy w videos for me so I have to find help as well. Don’t expect to do it all yourself but Point des have special education sessions just print them and then apply them
